"Paid parental leave is so much more than 'extra time off'鈥攕omething I didn鈥檛 fully understand until 黑料网 gave me the life-changing experience of three months off with my newborn son.
"My husband, Tito, and I are foster parents who have now adopted two sons who started their lives as foster babies in our home.
