In compliance with the U.S. Department of Education, the National Council for State Authorization Reciprocity Agreements, and the Code of Federal Regulations, Western Governors University provides the following information relating to professional licensure/certification.

Nursing (Prelicensure) program is currently offered in Arkansas, Florida, Idaho, Indiana, Iowa, Kansas, Kentucky, Michigan, Minnesota, Mississippi, Missouri, Nevada, New Mexico, North Carolina, Ohio, Oklahoma, South Carolina, South Dakota, Tennessee, Texas, Utah, Virginia, West Virginia, or Wisconsin.
°Õ³ó±ðÌýMSN Family Nurse Practitioner program is currently offered in all states except the following: California, District of Columbia, Louisiana, Massachusetts, New York, North Dakota, Washington, and U.S. Territories.
°Õ³ó±ðÌýMSN Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner program is currently offered in all states except the following: Arizona, California, District of Columbia, Louisiana, Massachusetts, New York, North Dakota, Washington, and U.S. Territories.
The Post-Master's Certificate Family Nurse Practitioner program is currently offered in all states except the following: Arizona, California, District of Columbia, Louisiana, Massachusetts, New York, North Dakota, Washington, and U.S. Territories.

Title IV Notice
Notice regarding changing state of residence: A student who changes his or her state of residence while enrolled in a program may become ineligible for Title IV Higher Education Act funding if the change in residence results in a student participating in a program in a state in which ºÚÁÏÍø does not meet licensure or certification requirements in that new state of residence.
